"KABIN (Kedai Anak Binjai) Panglima Polim is the third branch of KABIN, originally established in Bandung, West Java. It offers a variety of Mak Lim’s heritage dishes and introduces Binjai-style kopi tiam menus for the people of Jakarta to enjoy.

Carrying on Mak Lim’s legacy means presenting family recipes—heritage cuisine that has become an identity. In addition to food, KABIN also offers Binjai-style kopi tiam drinks. Kopi tiam itself refers to a classic coffee shop concept, serving breakfast and traditional light snacks. This concept is unique because it combines the local Binjai atmosphere with a modern café style that feels more familiar in big cities like Bandung and Jakarta.

The Tupado Smokeless roaster provides a combination solution of boiling (shabu-shabu) and grilling (grill) with a single unit tool made with special functions. Using gas power, the combination of boiling and grilling becomes an effective solution to save energy during usage.

With Bakerzin's interior and exterior design, Plaza Senayan adopts the concept of a giant glass house with a blend of French elements, evident in features such as elegant black colors, sturdy lamp holders, and island constructions standing tall in the Food Society Plaza Senayan atrium. This outlet can accommodate up to 80 dine-in customers.
